Your GDPR Rights
Last updated: April 2026
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives every individual in the European Economic Area a set of clear rights over their personal data. This page summarises those rights and explains exactly how to exercise each of them with Grafix Solutions.
How to submit a request
Send an email to contact@grafixsolutions.eu with:
- Your full name and (if a client) the email on your account.
- A clear description of the right you want to exercise.
- Any information needed to locate your data (e.g. the email used in a contact form).
We may ask for proof of identity to make sure we are not giving your data to someone else. Requests are free of charge; manifestly unfounded or excessive requests may be refused or charged a reasonable fee.
Response time
We respond within 30 calendar days of receiving your request. In complex cases we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you within the first 30 days if that applies.
The 8 rights in detail
1. Right to be informed
You have the right to know who processes your data, why, for how long and with whom it is shared. We provide this information in a clear and accessible way.
How to exercise: Read our Privacy Policy at /privacy. Any specific questions can be sent to contact@grafixsolutions.eu.
2. Right of access (Art. 15)
You can obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and receive a copy of it, together with information about the purposes, categories, recipients and retention period.
How to exercise: Email contact@grafixsolutions.eu with the subject "GDPR access request". We reply within 30 days and usually within a few business days.
3. Right to rectification (Art. 16)
You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
How to exercise: Send the correct data to contact@grafixsolutions.eu. We update our systems and notify any processors that received the outdated data.
4. Right to erasure — "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17)
You can ask us to delete your personal data when it is no longer necessary, you withdraw consent, or we process it unlawfully. Some data must be kept to comply with Bulgarian accountancy and tax law.
How to exercise: Email contact@grafixsolutions.eu with the subject "Erasure request". We delete or anonymise the data within 30 days and inform you of any data we are legally required to keep.
5. Right to restrict processing (Art. 18)
You can ask us to temporarily stop using your data — for example while we check the accuracy of data you contested.
How to exercise: Email contact@grafixsolutions.eu stating the reason. We freeze the data (store it without further processing) until the issue is resolved.
6. Right to data portability (Art. 20)
Where processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means, you can receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (CSV or JSON).
How to exercise: Email contact@grafixsolutions.eu with the subject "Portability request". We deliver a download link within 30 days.
7. Right to object (Art. 21)
You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including profiling. You can object to direct marketing at any time — in which case we stop immediately.
How to exercise: Email contact@grafixsolutions.eu or click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email. Marketing objections are honoured instantly.
8. Rights relating to automated decisions & profiling (Art. 22)
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Grafix Solutions does not make such decisions.
How to exercise: If you ever believe automated decisions affect you, contact us at contact@grafixsolutions.eu and we will review the case.
